Erin Melton REALTOR®

Erin Melton is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Peninsula in Newport News, Virginia. Erin met her husband in middle school and they’ve been attached at the hip ever since. They now have two children in high school.

Having a strong interest in real estate, it was an easy decision for her to become a REALTOR® back in 2001. In her first year she achieved Rookie of the year as well as several other awards, including Top Producer Status, and was recognized as part of RE/MAX’s Platinum Club of REALTORS® for Newport News real estate.

Erin prides herself for being the most referred agent in the area. She specializes in representing buyers and sellers in Virginia, including single-family homes and income property within the cities of Gloucester, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, York County and surrounding areas. With over 10 years of experience, she keeps current on all home sales in these areas, and is also very knowledgeable with the local schools and new developments.
