Ben listens. He showed us properties that fit our specifications and our budget. Ben can move quickly (we were in a hurry), and he negotiates effectively. He promptly returns phone calls and emails. He will connect you with other professionals (contractors, lenders, inspectors) if you need them.

Ben really knows the downtown. And not just the buildings and where to park; Ben knows the people. Everywhere we went he seemed to run into people that know him.

We are 100% satisfied with Ben. If for some reason we wanted to move out of the wonderful home that he helped us purchase, we would call Ben immediately.

Ben did an awesome job guiding me through the first time home buying experience. He has a an impressive depth of expertise in the downtown property market–from million+ dollar penthouses to starter homes. Ben was always responsive and acted as a strong advocate throughout the process.
